REGIONAL VICE PRESIDENT OPERATIONS

Job Description : Regional Vice President Operations - Kenya The Regional Vice President (RVP) of Operations is responsible for overseeing the strategic & day-to-day operations of multiple hotels within Nairobi & East Africa. This senior leadership role ensures the consistent delivery of brand standards, operational excellence, financial performance, & guest satisfaction across all properties. Ideally onboarding first quarter of 2026. Regional Vice President Operations - Responsibilities: Provide leadership and direction to General Managers across the region, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and brand standards. Drive business development activities in the region to grow the business Act as a key point of contact for owners and all other stakeholders Represent the brand & the company locally and regionally in all marketing & comms activities Drive operational performance, including revenue growth, profitability, guest experience, and quality assurance metrics. Monitor budgets, forecasts, & financial results; implement corrective action where necessary.
