Job Description : Head Engineer – Water & CSD Plant ???? Location: Lubumbashi, Democratic Republic of Congo We are looking for a highly experienced Mechanical hashtag#Engineer (15+ years)to lead productionoperations in a bottled drinking water and CSDplant. Key Responsibilities Oversee production processes – RO, filtration, ozonation, UV, blowing, filling, labelling, packaging, conveyors. Manage utilities – chillers, compressors, generators, boilers, coolingtowers, CO? plants. Handle equipment design, installation, troubleshooting, maintenance & SOP creation. Supervise lab testing, equipment calibration, and team training. Drive process improvements, cost optimization, and safety compliance. Requirements Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering. Minimum 15 years’ experience in Water & CSD plants. Strong understanding of electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems. Excellent English communication & leadership skills. Africanexperience preferred. Budget- 2400 to 2700 USD + 200 USD local allowance
