Candidates must have experience managing and leading projects in the UAE. Key responsibilities Proven experience working with a main contractor in the Middle East. Strong background overseeing large-scale building projects from mobilisation to handover. Skilled in project delivery, resource planning, and operational leadership. Ability to drive programme, quality, safety, and cost performance across multiple sites. Excellent leadership and communication skills with a track record of managing multidisciplinary teams.
