Country Manager

Job Description : Country Manager to lead our operations in Mali country this role is ideal for a professional with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry and a strong understanding of the local market. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, managing the local team, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Role & responsibilities · Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve the company's business objectives · Lead and manage the local team, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the companys market presence. · Oversee the development and execution of sales and marketing strategies to increase market share. · Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, government officials, and business partners. · Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities and threats. · Ensure efficient and effective management of the companys operations, including supply chain, distribution, and customer service. · Implement and monitor compliance with local regulations and company policies. · Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. · Ensure that all products and operations comply with local regulatory requirements. · Liaise with regulatory bodies to facilitate product registrations and approvals. · Stay updated on changes in regulations and ensure the companys compliance. Preferred candidate profile · In-depth knowledge of the pharmaceutical market Mali. · Proven experience in Country Head role in international market within the pharmaceutical industry. · Strong leadership and team management skills. · Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. · Fluency in French and proficiency in English. · Ability to develop and implement strategic business plans. · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. · Experience in regulatory affairs and compliance is highly desirable.
