GROUP TREASURY MANAGER

Job Description : GROUP TREASURY MANAGER UK ue diligence and cash repatriation strategies. Manage relationships with key banking partners and other financial institutions, including the negotiation of terms for banking services and revolving credit facilities (where relevant). Compliance and reporting Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax, and internal controls. Deliver treasury reports to CFO, Audit Committee, and regulators (if applicable). Support local audits and appropriate financial disclosures as may be required Treasury Systems Oversee administration of various treasury systems on a day-to-day basis. Liaise with banking, software and FinTech providers regarding the treasury systems Review appropriate upgrades to the systems as and when required, ensuring the control environment for all treasury systems are maintained to the highest standard and recommend improvements if necessary Other Treasury Activities Resolve payment issues with the banks as and when they arise. Liaise with the business and banks Ensure Bank Accounts are effectively managed; opening new accounts, maintaining mandates and closing redundant accounts Management of bank guarantees. Desirable - recognized Treasury qualification (ACT) / Diploma in Treasury management
