Chief Financial officer

Job Description : Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for an EPC construction project with a multinational corporation in Oman. Key qualifications include: - Chartered Accountant (CA) with 25 to 30 years of experience in EPC, oil and gas, and construction sectors. - A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience as Head of Finance or CFO in Oman. - Expertise in strategic business finance, project management, budgetary control, management information systems (MIS), taxation, audit, statutory compliance, project accounts, costing, and banking. - Strong skills in corporate financial planning, business planning, site accounts, and ensuring compliance with Omani regulations. - Experience in managing financial risk, stakeholder management, investor relations, cost tracking, forecasting, financial reporting, financial operations, and developing financial strategies.
