Job Description : Head of Treasury – Cash Management & Investments | Dubai, UAE We’re seeking a highly experienced Head of Treasury to lead cash management, liquidity planning, and investment operations, including the creation and management of mutual funds. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for safeguarding liquidity, maximizing returns, and building a robust investment and treasury function from the ground up. ???? Key Responsibilities Oversee group-wide cash management, including daily liquidity, forecasting, and working capital optimization. Manage banking relationships, negotiate facilities, and improve cash flow efficiency across multiple entities. Design and launch new mutual funds / investment products, including structure setup, documentation, and regulatory approvals. Monitor investment performance, risk, and compliance with fund mandates. Control payables and receivables processes to ensure strong internal controls and accurate forecasting. Enhance Treasury Management Systems (TMS) and integrate with ERP for automation and accuracy. Lead treasury reporting, risk management, and ensure compliance with local and international standards. ???? Requirements 10+ years of experience in treasury, cash management, and investments. Proven track record of creating and managing mutual funds — this is non-negotiable. Strong expertise in cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, and banking operations. Ability to design and execute investment strategies aligned with business goals. Experience in the UAE or GCC market preferred. Professional qualifications such as CFA, CTP, CPA, or FRM are an advantage. ???? Location: Dubai, UAE ???? Salary: AED 40,000 – 50,000 per month + benefits ????
