What you'll do: As Vice President of Supply Chain Asia Pacific, you’ll be at the helm of all things materials flow—from sourcing right through to distribution—ensuring top-tier delivery performance across multiple manufacturing sites. Your days will be filled with designing strategic frameworks for procurement and inventory control while working hand-in-hand with cross-functional teams to meet customer needs efficiently. Direct the planning and movement of raw materials, in-process goods, and finished products to guarantee alignment with customer expectations, financial objectives, and all relevant trade regulations across multiple sites. Design comprehensive policies, procedures, and processes for materials sourcing, production planning, purchasing activities, inventory management practices, storage solutions, and distribution strategies throughout the APAC region. Monitor key performance indicators consistently while leading continuous improvement initiatives that elevate efficiency and effectiveness across every aspect of the supply chain function. What you bring: To thrive as Vice President of Supply Chain Asia Pacific you will bring an impressive background managing end-to-end supply chain functions within large-scale manufacturing settings. Your expertise should include designing resilient frameworks for procurement or inventory control alongside proven success guiding multi-site teams towards shared achievements. A master’s degree in a relevant discipline combined with 10–14 years of progressive experience within supply chain management or related fields is required for this position. Demonstrated track record of previous management experience at Director level or above within complex manufacturing environments is highly desirable. Proven expertise in developing policies, procedures, or processes related to materials sourcing, production planning, purchasing activities, inventory management systems, storage protocols, or distribution networks is essential. Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure key performance indicators effectively while driving continuous improvement initiatives across large-scale operations are vital for success. Exceptional interpersonal abilities that enable you to install and nurture high-performing leadership teams through coaching, mentoring, feedback sessions, or structured development programmes are expected. Experience evaluating employee potential through formal review processes; demonstrated capability in succession planning or talent pipeline development is advantageous. A deep understanding of applicable trade regulations affecting international supply chains within the Asia Pacific region is important for this role. Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—are necessary for effective collaboration with internal stakeholders as well as external partners or suppliers.
