Security Head

Job Description : Head of Security – Uganda A large operational factory currently undergoing expansion is seeking a highly skilled and tech-savvy Head of Security. This role involves overseeing all security aspects of both the operational factory and the active construction area. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in physical security and modern surveillance technologies, including CCTV, alarm systems, and access control. Responsibilities: -Oversee all daily security operations for the factory and construction site. -Implement and manage physical security protocols, including personnel management, patrol routines, and checkpoint monitoring. -Install, maintain, and optimize electronic security systems such as CCTV, intrusion alarms, and access control systems. -Lead and supervise the security team, ensuring appropriate staffing, conduct, and continuous training. -Coordinate with construction and operations teams to align on evolving security needs.
