Job Description : : General Manager – Premium Beverage Distribution | Bahrain We’re looking for an accomplished General Manager to lead a fast-growing beverage distribution business across Bahrain. This is a strategic leadership role with full P&L ownership, driving both on-trade and off-trade channels while ensuring compliance with regional regulations. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee end-to-end P&L: revenue, margins, OPEX, and working capital. • Build and lead channel strategy across retail, wholesale, and e-commerce. • Manage category growth, pricing, portfolio strategy, and brand partnerships. • Lead operational excellence across supply chain, logistics, and sales execution. • Develop a high-performing leadership team with clear KPIs and accountability. Ideal Profile: • 15+ years of experience, including 7+ years in beverages/alcohol distribution. • Proven expertise in brand portfolio management and channel leadership. • Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and team development ability. • GCC experience is mandatory. ????
