Senior Proposal Engineer

Job Description : Senior Proposals Engineer (EPC) Location - Dubai, UAE Permanent role To Co-ordinate and undertake the review of tender documents (ITT) received from clients. To Co-ordinate and prepare supporting documents for submitting of tender. Preparation of technical and commercial proposal for approval and submission in close co-ordination with sales and engineering team. To review tender specifications To prepare tender cost summaries for Oil and Gas process skid package and equipment’s. To prepare tender cost summaries for Oil and Gas EPC proposals. To prepare enquiry for vendors in accordance with tender specifications for quotations of cost for material and equipment. Co-ordinate with sub vendors to get the technical and commercial offers required for preparing the cost summary. Requirements / Qualifications; Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent degree from recognized university. Support the proposal and sales team in preparation of technical and commercial proposal for approval and submission. Bachelor's in Engineering (Mechanical, or related discipline). 12+ years’ experience in proposal engineering or tendering in Oil & Gas. Proven experience in EPF, Modular Production Facilities, DBOOM/BOOT project models. Strong understanding of commercial structuring, O&M models, and CAPEX/OPEX planning
