Job Description : CEO – European Market Industry: Export House (Textiles / Apparel / Garments) Location: Delhi NCR CTC: Up to ?1.5 Cr per annum Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced business leader to spearhead growth and operations for the European market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving export business, managing large client relationships across Europe, and leading cross-functional teams within the textile or apparel export sector. Key Responsibilities: Lead the company’s strategic growth initiatives in the European market. Drive P&L ownership, business expansion, and client acquisition across major EU countries. Strengthen relationships with global brands, buying houses, and sourcing partners. Oversee production planning, quality, compliance, and supply chain coordination for exports. Identify emerging opportunities, partnerships, and distribution channels across Europe. Ensure operational excellence, profitability, and long-term sustainability of the export business. Ideal Profile: 18–25 years of experience in textile/apparel export houses or global sourcing. Strong network and hands-on experience with European brands and retailers. Proven leadership in managing large teams and end-to-end export operations. Strategic thinker with commercial acumen and deep understanding of EU market dynamics. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
