Job Description : Profit Centre Head – Basmati Rice We’re hiring a dynamic leader to drive our Basmati Rice business with full P&L ownership. The role entails managing procurement, processing, quality, and market growth across India and global markets. Key Responsibilities - Lead business strategy, operations, and profitability for the rice vertical. - Strengthen supply chain and ensure product quality across units. - Identify new markets, customers, and growth opportunities. - Build and mentor a high-performing team. Requirements - 15 to 20 years of experience - Microeconomic and macroeconomic factors impacting business - Experience in Sales, Distribution, or Operations within Agri/Food sectors - Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and problem-solving - Strong conceptual and analytical skills to operate in an international business environment.
