Operations Head

Job Description : HEAD OF OPERATIONS - QATAR We are currently seeking an visionary Head of Operations to lead our client's business operations among 3 business units in the Automotive industry. The Head of Operations will be responsible for overseeing the daily business operations, ensuring operational efficiency, developing strategies to improve processes, and managing resources to meet organizational goals and financial performance. We are looking for someone that has great personality, high energy and a visionary leader. Ideal candidate: • Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, or a related field • 8+ years of progressive experience in operations, including at least 3 years in a leadership role • Must Have Automotive experience (non-negotiable) • Has a mechanical background with business development mentality • Ability to lead a large team (training, recruiting, developing, etc) • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills • Ability to bring new opportunities new initiatives.
