Job Description : Operations Manager and Business Head (Milk/Dairy Industry) ???? About the Role We are hiring an experienced Operations Manager to lead our milk processing and dairy manufacturing operations. You must have 4-7 years of experience in a dairy or fluid food processing environment. You will optimize production efficiency, ensure product quality, manage the supply chain, and drive continuous improvement across our facility. This role is crucial for maintaining our high standards for freshness, safety, and operational excellence. ???? Key Responsibilities Production Management: Oversee daily processing, bottling, and packaging operations. Ensure all production targets are met efficiently and within budget. Quality & Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to HACCP, ISO, and local food safety standards. Lead plant sanitation and hygiene programs. Efficiency: Analyze performance data (like OEE and yields) to identify bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement (Lean/Six Sigma) initiatives. Supply Chain: Manage raw milk collection, chilling, and storage. Optimize inventory levels for raw materials and finished goods. Team Leadership: Mentor and manage shift supervisors and production staff, fostering a collaborative and safety-first culture. Control operational expenditures and manage the departmental budget. ???? Qualifications Experience: 12+ years in Operations Management within the milk, dairy, or food processing industry. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Dairy Technology, Food Science, or Industrial Engineering. Knowledge: Strong understanding of pasteurization, UHT, and aseptic packaging technologies, along with robust knowledge of food safety regulations.
