This pivotal role is for a seasoned professional ready to impact sales growth, market share, and profitability. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute the overall commercial strategy. Lead sales, trade marketing, and Route-to-Market (RTM) optimization. Build, coach, and manage a high-performing commercial team. Forge strong relationships with key distributors and stakeholders. Drive business development and market expansion. Mandatory Requirements: 15+ years of progressive experience in Sales & Commercial Leadership. Minimum 5 years of experience with a multinational corporation. Fluency in French is mandatory. Age: Up to 45 years. Proven background in FMCG, Plastics, or Manufacturing. Strong exposure to African or emerging markets.
