15 yearsJob Description : Admin Manager – Middle East & Africa (MEA Region) VA Tech WABAG, a global leader in water and wastewater engineering (EPC & O&M), is looking for a dynamic Admin Manager to oversee administrative operations, compliance, and government relations across our projects in the Middle East & Africa. ???? Location: Riyadh , KSA ? Lead and manage office, site, and regional administrative functions across MEA ? Supervise PROs and oversee visa, Iqama, and labor formalities in compliance with local laws ? Manage CR renewals, Civil Defense permits, ZATCA/tax documentation, and other statutory requirements ? Coordinate with HR, Finance, and Project Teams for smooth operations ? Handle vendor contracts, housing, transport, and facility management ? Implement and monitor administration policies and compliance trackers What We’re Looking For ???? Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field ???? 15–25 years of experience in Administration/Operations (EPC, O&G, or Construction preferred) ???? Proven experience managing multi-country operations across the Middle East (KSA experience preferred) ???? Strong understanding of local labor, immigration, and municipality laws ???? Excellent coordination, leadership, and reporting skills ???? Proficient in MS Office, ERP tools, and documentation systems ????? English and Arabic fluency preferred Why Join WABAG? ????
