Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage plant and machinery maintenance and operations for heavy earth moving equipment. Implement preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance strategies. Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth machinery operations and project execution. Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and statutory compliance standards. Monitor equipment availability, reliability, and productivity. Prepare and analyze machinery reports for top management review. Requirements: Extensive experience with heavy earth moving machinery and plant equipment maintenance. Strong leadership skills with proven team management capability. Excellent knowledge of machinery breakdown analysis and resolution. Ability to work in high-pressure environments with a focus on safety and compliance. Familiarity with project lifecycle and infrastructure industry practices preferred.
