Job Description : Supply Chain Director, Industrial & International Engineering Director Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates Reports to: Group COO / SVP Supply Chain Role Overview: The role will define next generation operations, will lead the transformation and modernization of the company’s end-to-end supply chain and manufacturing footprint across international markets. This role is responsible for building sustainable, digital, and high-performance operations that align with the company’s global growth and efficiency goals. Key Responsibilities: Drive the engineering and operational transformation of manufacturing sites, embedding advanced automation, process excellence, and Industry 4.0 technologies. Lead next generation operations strategy, integrating sustainability, smart factory design, and digitalization across global production and logistics networks. Partner with regional and functional leaders to deliver end-to-end supply chain optimization, from sourcing and planning to manufacturing, warehousing, and distribution. Build and standardize engineering governance frameworks, ensuring global consistency in design, equipment, safety, and compliance standards. Oversee capital investment programs, leading project design, budgeting, execution, and commissioning of new or upgraded facilities. Champion sustainability and circular economy initiatives, including energy efficiency, water stewardship, and waste reduction targets. Mentor and develop a team of high-performing engineers and operational leaders across multiple geographies. Qualifications: 15+ years’ experience in Supply Chain, Engineering, or Manufacturing leadership within the beverage, water, or FMCG sector. Proven success in large-scale transformation or “Factory of the Future” programs. Strong technical foundation in industrial engineering, process design, and automation systems. Strategic thinker with global exposure and strong stakeholder management skills. Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related discipline; MBA preferred. A track record of leading global manufacturing operations across Europe and ASIA. Package AED 70,000 + 35% Bonus + Car + Schooling.
