Job Description : NSM KENYA FOR FMCG Strategic and Financial Leadership • Maintain the long-term vision for the business in conjunction with the CEO and Assistant General Manager • Develop long-term and annual strategic sales and business development plans for the JV that create competitive differentiation in the market and achieve shareholder growth and financial return expectations • Ensuring proactive awareness of CEO to needed strategic shifts in direction or execution. • Manage sales budgets within approved budgets. Manage sales incentive systems to ensure programs are delivering expect results Business Development • Build a platform of innovative value-added products and services, leveraging LOL capabilities in the United States, to achieve growth goals and differentiate BLOL from the competition • Develop a robust and profitable distribution network to include both national distribution at retail, cooperative, and direct-to-farmer channels • Build and lead a commercial and technical sales team • Build strategic relationships with industry players (e.g., dairy/meat processors) to advocate for the creation of greater financial incentives for farmers to use high quality animal feeds People and Team Leadership • Recruit, hire, and build a highly engaged and technically competent team • Ensure on-going development of team member skills and abilities • Establish clear performance criteria, evaluate performance, act as coach and mentor to staff • Ensure staff is aware of complies with all BLOL policies and internal control requirements Graduate with Minimum 20 years of experience into TOP FMCG COmpany
