Finance Manager

Job Description : Finance Manager | Manama, Bahrain I’m partnering with a leading regional group to hire a Finance Manager to oversee financial operations across UAE, Bahrain, Oman, and Saudi Arabia. This role supports the Chief Operating Officer in managing multi-entity financial functions, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and strategic alignment across all business lines. Key Responsibilities: -Oversee day-to-day accounting and financial operations. -Lead month-end and year-end closings with accurate reporting. -Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. -Ensure compliance with IFRS, VAT, and corporate tax regulations. -Liaise with auditors, regulators, and external advisors. -Monitor cash flow, treasury, and working capital. -Drive financial system enhancements and process improvements. -Lead and develop the finance team. Requirements: -Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field. -ACCA, CPA, or CMA preferred (or in progress). -10 years of progressive finance experience in multi-entity or regulated environments. -Strong knowledge of IFRS and regional tax regulations. -Experience in insurance, financial services, or consulting is a plus.
