Job Description : Production Manager (Injection/Blow Molding) for Central-Africa Qualification: Any Graduate with Relevant Field of Strong Experience Experience: Min. 10+ Years Salary: Up to USD 1400 Net Savings pm Expatriate Benefits: Furnished Accommodation, Local Allowances, Utilities, Transportation, Visa & Ticket Job Description: • Plan, organize, and oversee daily production activities for injection and blow molding operations. • Ensure efficient utilization of machines, materials, and manpower to achieve production targets. • Monitor product quality, minimize downtime, and drive continuous process improvements. • Supervise the production of Blow-Molded products, including cosmetic containers and jerrycans up to 25 liters. • Lead the production of Injection-Molded household products, ensuring consistency, precision, and adherence to quality standards. • Provide technical guidance on Blow Molding Machines (Tongda, CMP) and Injection Molding Machines (Ferromatic, Jonwai). • Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless operations. • Train, mentor, and motivate production staff to achieve departmental goals.
