CTC: Up to ?30 LPA About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Purchase Head to lead procurement and sourcing operations across India & Egypt. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in raw material procurement (polymers, films, foils, pulp, and packaging materials) and a proven track record in vendor development, cost optimization, and global sourcing. Key Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end procurement strategy for Pulp, Paper, Films, and Flexible Packaging materials. Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with domestic and international suppliers. Drive cost efficiency through strategic sourcing and vendor relationship management. Ensure compliance with company standards, import/export regulations, and quality benchmarks. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth supply chain operations. Oversee procurement budgets and implement cost-control initiatives. Requirements: ? Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Supply Chain / Commerce (MBA preferred). ? Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in the Pulp, Paper, Films, Packaging, or Polymer industry. ? Strong negotiation, analytical, and leadership skills. ? Experience handling international procurement (Egypt preferred).
