What You’ll Be Doing Oversee 8–10 retail stores Directly coach and support store managers Align stores to company customer experience and merchandising standards Monitor key KPIs like sales, retention, and productivity Launch and support new store openings Resolve operational bottlenecks with speed and clarity Act as the link between field teams and HQ (People, Ops, Merch, Marketing) ???? What We’re Looking For 15+ years of experience in multi-store retail management Experience managing remote teams and traveling regularly Strong coaching and performance management skills Results-oriented mindset with a heart for people Experience with retail systems (POS, workforce scheduling, etc.) ????
