Job Description : FACTORY HEAD NIGERIA FOR FMCG Education : BE /B.Tech Mechanical Experience : 15-28 Yrs Salary : USD 3000 Per Month + Bachelor Status + Benefits JD :- Candidate must have experience in Extruded Snacks Products. Production Head To run a factory A, managing both the machinery and the people to ensure that company production goals are met. They are responsible to prepare for the both shifts, the TIMELY cleaning of their area and reporting of the days activities to the plant manager Planning - Plan Material Daily - Reconciliation Daily / Weekly - Manpower Requirements as per activities /Daily /Weekly - Trainings to be done for team Weekly / monthly Analyses - Daily production plans vs. output - Material input vs output and wastage - Manpower hiring as per ratio - All ingredients are yup to standards set before utilizing them in production Executing - Production plan within standards set and output efficiency - QA procedures are followed - Implement improvements in plants as per suggestions. - SOP set - GMP - Ensure HACCP compliant - Ensure All NAFDAC, MANCAP and SON Protocols are followed - Ensuring machinery is operational safely - Cleanliness of plant machinery and surroundings - Create a safe work environment and all personnel
