This is a unique opportunity for a senior security professional with multi-property experience and a strong background in high-end resort operations. The role requires someone proactive, adaptable, and confident working in a remote island setting. Role Overview: Lead and manage all security operations across two resort properties Develop, implement, and maintain safety protocols and emergency response plans Train and supervise on-site security teams Conduct regular risk assessments, audits, and compliance checks Ensure guest and employee safety while maintaining a welcoming and professional environment Coordinate with local authorities and regulatory bodies when required
