Job Description : Contract Director Soft FM My client, a leading third party service provider is seeking an experienced Contract Director to lead and manage the delivery of Soft FM services across a major contract. This is a role which will allow you provide strategic direction, ensure operational excellence, and drive performance improvements while maintaining the highest standards of service and compliance. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the day-to-day delivery of Soft FM services, ensuring contractual obligations and service level agreements are consistently achieved. Lead, motivate, and develop operational teams to deliver best-in-class performance and client satisfaction. Manage financial performance, budgets, and forecasting to ensure commercial targets are met. Foster strong client relationships, acting as the main point of contact and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
