FINANCE MANAGER

Job Description : FINANCE MANAGER NIGERIA 10-15 years experience Oversee day-to-day financial operations including accounting, budgeting, and cash flow management. Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Develop and implement financial policies, systems, and internal controls. Manage budgeting and forecasting processes; monitor variances and recommend corrective actions. Ensure timely statutory compliance (GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESIC, ROC, etc.). Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits. Manage banking relationships and handle fund management, working capital, and treasury functions. Support management in strategic financial planning and risk management. Review and approve vendor payments, payroll, and expense reimbursements. Provide financial insights for cost control, profitability improvement, and business growth.
