Job Description : HEMM HEAD BRAZZAVILLE, ROC will support the production sectors (agro-industry, timber, mining, construction, and health) by providing modern infrastructure for storage, transit, and export. With a 11,000 square meters, a 30-meter-long dock, and an existing fleet of 12 self-propelled barges. It will be expanded to include a dry port in Yieh, which will serve as a logistical support base and an intermodal road-river connection point. The expansion also includes the development of storage facilities (3,000 square meters of dry storage and 2,000 square meters of cold storage), as well as the implementation of a comprehensive computerized system (reservations, online payments, tracking, and pre-clearance)." Job Description · Develop and implement a preventive and corrective maintenance plan for vehicles and heavy equipment. · Supervise teams of mechanics, electromechanical technicians, and hydraulic specialists. · Organize and manage the maintenance workshop (tools, equipment, safety). · Manage spare parts and consumables inventory (tires, filters, oils). · Monitor fuel consumption and propose optimization measures. · Respond to major breakdowns and ensure rapid repair and restoration. · Keep maintenance logs updated and ensure traceability of all operations. · Prepare monthly reports (availability rates, maintenance costs). The Successful Applicant Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree (Bac+3/5) in Automotive Mechanics, Electromechanics, or Industrial Maintenance. Experience: 10 years in heavy vehicle or construction equipment maintenance, including 3 years in a supervisory role. Knowledge: Diesel mechanics, hydraulics, automotive/industrial electricity. Qualities: Technical leadership, responsiveness, ability to manage unexpected situations.
