Maintenance Manager

Job Description : Maintenance Manager – Blow Moulding Job Location Nigeria Qualification: Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering Experience: 15 years in plastic manufacturing (Nigerian experience preferred) ???? Key Responsibilities: Oversee the end-to-end maintenance function for all machines and utilities. Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for machines, instruments, and equipment. Supervise a team of 30+ local staff (regular & contract). Ensure timely maintenance of machinery and moulds with minimum downtime. Manage spare parts inventory and ensure availability of critical components. Drive cost and energy efficiency initiatives across the plant. Prepare monthly and annual maintenance budgets and reports.Equipment Exposure: Machines: Jagmohan (30L–250L), Uniloy (1L–5L), Bestar (25L),Tongda (2L–12L), hVictor IBM 70S Products: 100ml to 250L drums (including double L-ring drums), jerry cans (1L–50L) ? Required Technical Skills: Strong expertise in blow moulding machine maintenance (Hydraulic, Pneumatic, Mechanical & Electrical systems). Experience in commissioning & maintaining blow moulding machines, compressors, chillers, cooling towers, LT panels, and utilities. Ability to independently manage maintenance operations and drive continuous improvement. Proficiency in generating and analyzing maintenance and energy reports.
