Job Description : Quantity Surveyor (Civil) NBTC Group is seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor (Civil) to join our project management team and oversee cost control and quantity management for large-scale oil & gas construction projects. Key Responsibilities: • Prepare and review bills of quantities, cost estimates, and budgets. • Monitor project costs and track variations. • Coordinate with design, engineering, and construction teams for accurate quantity measurement. • Prepare progress payment reports and cost forecasts. • Ensure compliance with contracts and project financial objectives. Desired Profile: • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying. • 8+ years of experience as a civil quantity surveyor in construction projects. • Proficient in cost management software (like Primavera, MS Excel, or similar tools). • Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. ????
