Job Description : Head Finance &Accounts Job Location : Senegal We are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant with 14–20 years of experience in manufacturing industry. The role involves overseeing financial reporting, MIS, budgeting, cost control, CAPEX analysis, and ensuring compliance with IFRS and local accounting standards. The candidate will lead financial planning, variance analysis, and audit coordination, while working closely with the CFO, COO, and plant teams to drive performance and process improvement. Strong experience in SAP / Oracle / BI tools, financial modeling, and manufacturing cost structures is essential. The ideal candidate should possess excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills. Fluency in English is mandatory; French is an added advantage.
