Job Description : Finance Controller Location: Congo Industry: Construction/Real Estate/Infrastructure Salary:* $5,000Usd - $7,000usd per month Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Finance Controller to oversee financial management, planning, and analysis for our construction projects in Congo. The successful candidate will have a strong background in finance and experience in the construction industry. Key Responsibilities: 1. Financial Planning and Analysis - Develop financial models and forecasts for projects - Analyze financial performance and provide insights for improvement 2. Financial Reporting - Prepare financial statements and reports for management and stakeholders - Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements 3. Budgeting and Cost Control - Develop and manage budgets for projects - Monitor and control costs to ensure project profitability 4. Financial Management - Oversee financial operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable- Ensure effective cash flow management 5. Compliance and Risk Management - Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies - Identify and mitigate financial risks Requirements: 1. CA qualification 2. Minimum 8-10 years of experience in finance, with 5 years in a controller role 3. Experience in the construction industry 4. Strong financial planning and analysis skills 5. Excellent communication and leadership skills
