Project Manager – Pharma / Biotech

Job Description : Project Manager – Pharma / Biotech We are looking for a highly skilled Project Manager to lead cross-functional workflows for new product introductions, from deal sign-off to successful product registration. This role is based in Abu Dhabi, UAE and is strictly for candidates with a pharma or biotech background who have been based in the UAE for at least the past 2 years. Key Responsibilities: ???? Lead end-to-end project management for new product introductions, including NPRF approval and final artwork. ????Manage timelines, risks, governance, and communication across Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Branding & Communications, and Executive leadership. ????Ensure all documentation meets internal and regulatory standards, with deep hands-on knowledge of UAE drug regulations (local, GCC, FDA/EMA familiarity is a must). ????Drive project execution: WBS, critical path, dependencies, change control, and quality gates. ????Maintain dashboards, KPIs, and executive reporting packs (Power BI/Excel). ????Support post-acquisition integration and cross-functional alignment. Requirements: ????Hands-on experience with regulatory submissions, product registration, and UAE drug regulations. ????10 years of project management experience in pharma, biotech, or life sciences. ????Strong cross-functional stakeholder management skills.
