Job Description : Plant Manager | Beverage Manufacturing | Nigeria We’re looking for an experienced Plant Manager to lead end-to-end manufacturing operations for a leading beverage company. Key Responsibilities: Drive plant KPIs — volume, cost, quality & efficiency. Lead engineering, production (PET & RGB), and quality teams. Implement best practices in maintenance, automation & process improvement. Ensure safety, compliance & operational excellence. Build and develop strong technical teams. Requirements: Degree/HND in Mechanical Engineering. 15+ yrs in beverage manufacturing, incl. 10+ yrs in senior leadership. Strong exposure to Glass, PET & Cans operations.
