Compensation: ?1.60 Cr per annum + Benefits About the Role We are seeking a visionary Group Chief Financial Officer (GCFO) to lead and transform the financial strategy of a diversified international group operating across multiple business entities in the EMEA region. The ideal candidate will be a strategic financial leader with deep expertise in corporate finance, governance, capital optimization, and investor relations, capable of steering the group toward global expansion and a potential IPO in the next 4–5 years. Key Responsibilities Provide strategic financial leadership and act as a trusted partner to the Group CEO, C-Suite executives, and the Chairman. Oversee five subsidiary CFOs, each reporting to their respective CEOs with a dotted reporting line to the GCFO. Drive financial consolidation, reporting, and control across all group companies. Lead ERP standardization and financial system integration across entities to create operational and reporting synergies. Develop and monitor Group-level KPIs, business models, and financial analytics to enhance decision-making. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning, ensuring alignment with growth objectives. Enable agile financial planning to respond quickly to changing market and economic conditions. Manage banking and institutional relationships, negotiate funding facilities, and reduce cost of capital. Ensure effective capital allocation to maximize ROI and shareholder value. Drive operational excellence across finance and operations, streamlining processes and improving accuracy. Collaborate with investors, private equity firms, and investment banks to prepare the organization for a future IPO journey. Qualifications & Experience Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in accounting / finance / business administration. Professional Certifications: CPA or CFA (Preferred). Experience: 18–25 years of overall experience. 5–6 years in a senior finance leadership role — VP Finance, Chief Accounting Officer, or CFO — in a medium to large enterprise. Proven experience in working with or within Big Four audit firms. Strong exposure to international operations, financial governance, and investor management. Reporting Line Reports directly to the Group CEO and works closely with the Chairman and Board of Directors. Key Attributes Strategic, analytical, and hands-on leadership style. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Deep understanding of global finance, compliance, and capital markets. Proven ability to lead transformation and drive financial discipline across diverse entities.
