Job Description : Operations Manager – Logistics LUSAKA ZAMBIA We’re looking for an experienced Operations Manager to take charge of our logistics operations If you have hands-on experience in fuel tanker operations and know how to keep trucks, drivers, and deliveries running smoothly, let’s connect : What you’ll be doing: • Overseeing truck operations, route planning, and ensuring timely loading/unloading • Coordinating with workshops, clients, and accounts for truck releases and petty cash needs • Managing daily truck requirements, driver recruitment and discipline • Tracking fuel usage, cost allocations, and invoice reconciliations • Reporting directly to the Directors and supporting them with operational insights What we’re looking for: • Experience in fuel tanker operations • Familiarity with Dar Es Salaam loading points, port operations, and Tanzanian Revenue Authority
