About the Role The ideal candidate will bring strategic vision and deep industry expertise to manage contracts, procurement, and vendor relations for premium residential, commercial, hospitality, and mixed-use projects. ????????????????????????? ? Requirements • Minimum 20 years of experience in Contracts & Procurement within the Delhi NCR region • Proven background working with Grade A contractors, PMCs, and consultants • Experience handling large-scale luxury or super high-end developments • Strong negotiation, leadership, and stakeholder management skills • Excellent knowledge of commercial, legal, and technical contract processes
