PET Automation Specialist (Mechanical)

Job Description : PET Automation Specialist (Mechanical) Location: Nigeria | Industry: Beverages We’re looking for a skilled PET Automation Specialist to maintain and optimize PET bottle blowing and packaging lines for a leading beverage manufacturer. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and troubleshoot PET automation systems (Sidel / SACMI / KHS). Lead preventive maintenance and ensure high line reliability. Manage PLCs, HMIs, sensors, and automation backups. Support improvement projects and train operators/engineers. Requirements: Degree/HND in Mechanical Engineering. 5+ years of hands-on PET line experience. Strong troubleshooting knowledge of Matrix blower or Universal Series 2 and electronic fillers. Working knowledge of Roll Quattro Labelers, Elau Pac Drives, Zenon Software, and Profibus.
