Job Description : : DeputyLead – Sales & Operations - FMCG ???? Location: Ruiru, Kenya ???? Experience: 8+ years (min. 3 years in Sales Back Office / Customer Service ops) ???? Industry: FMCG (Food & Beverage mandatory) Key Highlights: ? Oversee sales back-office operations – orders, invoices, credit notes, pricing updates ?Act a an escalation point for customer queries & complaints ? Manage ERP/CRM (SAP) data – pricing, customer master, product codes ? Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain for smooth order-to-cash flow ? Lead & coach back-office support team to achieve KPIs ? Drive process improvements & automation Qualifications: ???? Bachelor’s in Business/Commerce ? Proven leadership & people management ? Strong ERP/CRM (SAP) experience ? Excellent communication skills
