Operations Head - MEP

Job Description : Operations Head - MEP ???? 45000 AED Key Responsibilities: •Develop and implement MEP operational strategies aligned with overall business goals. •Lead the MEP team across design, procurement, execution, and maintenance phases. •Optimize system performance to achieve energy efficiency and cost savings. •Drive implementation of smart technologies, automation, and sustainability initiatives. •Prepare annual budgets for MEP operations and projects. •Monitor financial performance, cost control, and resource utilization. •Report project and operational KPIs to senior management. Job qualifications/requirements: •At least 10 years of experience in MEP design, execution, and operations (at least 5 years in a leadership role). •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in mechanical/electrical engineering or equivalent. •Proven track record in managing large-scale commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects. •Strong understanding of MEP design principles, green building standards, and modern building management systems (BMS).
