About the Role: A leading organization in Dubai is hiring a Manager – Payroll & HR Business Analytics to oversee payroll strategy, workforce planning, and HR data insights. The ideal candidate will combine technical analytics expertise with deep understanding of HR operations to ensure efficiency, compliance, and informed decision-making. ????????????????????????? ???? Key Responsibilities: Lead payroll implementation, reward design, and manpower cost planning Optimize headcount and manage overall payroll expenditure across departments Prepare monthly payroll costing and variance reports by function and category Oversee sales commission reviews to ensure adherence to policy Develop HR dashboards and workforce analytics using HRIS, Excel, and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) Provide insights on key metrics including attrition, performance, engagement, and compensation Act as the main liaison for internal and external HR audits, ensuring data accuracy and timely submission ????????????????????????? ???? Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, Business Analytics, or a related discipline Professional certification (CPP or equivalent) preferred 6–8 years’ experience in HR analytics, workforce planning, or HR operations with financial exposure Strong knowledge of UAE labor law, compensation structures, and payroll compliance Advanced Excel and BI tool proficiency; SQL, VBA, or Python familiarity is an advantage
