Our Client is a pioneer in the production of viscose staple fibre (VSF) in Indonesia, with a legacy of over four decades. Their integrated facility includes a state-of-the-art captive power plant that supports continuous VSF production for domestic and international markets including the USA, Europe, and Asia. They are seeking an experienced Department Head – CPP Operations to lead their Energy Center and Demin Plant operations. This strategic leadership role ensures uninterrupted steam and power supply to support 545 TPD VSF production, with a power plant capacity of 36.6 MW. ???? Key Responsibilities: Lead day-to-day operations and mechanical maintenance of the captive power plant Ensure continuous availability of steam, power, DM water, and instrument air Drive predictive and preventive maintenance programs Champion innovation, energy efficiency, and cost optimization Build and develop a high-performing local operations team Uphold stringent safety and environmental standards ???? Plant Specs: Turbine Capacity: 2 × 10.8 MW, 1 × 15 MW Fuels: Coal-fired cogeneration (commissioned in 2004 with $22M investment) Supplies entire steam and power needs of the unit ????
