Job Description : Hotel General Manager – Abu Dhabi Join a dynamic & fast-growing hospitality group in Abu Dhabi! We’re seeking an experienced Hotel General Manager to lead operations, drive excellence, & deliver exceptional guest experiences at this premium property complex. Ideal start date: December ‘25 Requirements: Currently based in the UAE with a minimum 10–15 years in the hospitality industry, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role (GM, Hotel Manager, or Director of Operations) Proven success managing large-scale complex operations in the GCC region. 5* international branded hotel experience & exposure to the luxury market Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (required). Master’s degree (MBA or Hospitality Management specialization) is preferred, especially for international or luxury brands.
