Security Officer

Job Description : Chief Security Officer (CSO) PAN AFRICA for a leading Indian conglomerate headquartered in Chennai. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for safeguarding people, broadcast facilities, corporate infrastructure, digital assets, and brand reputation across multi-location operations. The ideal professional must bring 20+ years of experience with a strong Armed Forces background (Colonel or equivalent and above preferred), with proven expertise in enterprise security, executive protection, crisis management, vendor governance, and coordination with law enforcement and intelligence agencies. The CSO will drive end-to-end security architecture, including physical security, personnel safety, information protection, business continuity, and disaster response while advising executive leadership on emerging threats and risk mitigation. Strong leadership presence, high integrity, and ability to handle sensitive media-related risks are key to success in this role.
