Coordinate and contribute to the organisation’s comprehensive communications activities by working closely with colleagues across the Communications Unit as well as other business platform teams. Manage and execute a wide range of communications initiatives including public relations campaigns, crisis response strategies, leadership profiling efforts, speaking engagements for executives, and internal communications programmes. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders such as asset managers, portfolio companies, senior leadership figures, and local partners to ensure alignment on messaging and objectives. Oversee government relations activities by liaising with relevant authorities and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements while promoting positive engagement. Requirements: Demonstrated stakeholder management skills enabling you to work effectively with asset managers, portfolio companies, senior leadership teams, and local partners on complex projects. Proven experience handling crisis communications situations with sensitivity and professionalism while maintaining trust among all parties involved. Expertise in developing high-quality content for various channels; fluency in English is required while proficiency in Arabic is considered an advantage due to local company interactions. Background combining both agency experience (where you have managed multiple clients/projects) as well as in-house roles (where you have worked closely with internal teams).
