Oversee truck operations, route planning, and loading/offloading efficiency. ? Coordinate with workshops, clients, and drivers for smooth daily operations. ? Manage trip-based fuel consumption, cost allocation, and reconciliations. ? Work closely with HR on driver management and disciplinary actions. ? Report daily operations and key updates to company directors. ????????????????????????????????????????????????: ???? Proven experience in fuel tanker operations. ???? Strong knowledge of Dar Es Salaam port, fuel loading points, and Tanzanian Revenue Authority (TRA) procedures. ???? Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
