Education: M.Com or CA ???? Experience: Minimum 10 Years Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the finance and accounting functions of the dealership. Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, taxation, and internal financial policies. Monitor cash flow, fund management, and working capital. Support audits and liaise with auditors for financial reviews. Implement effective cost control measures and financial reporting systems. Supervise and mentor the accounts team to ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial data. Coordinate with management for strategic planning and financial decision-making. Desired Skills: Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and compliance. Hands-on experience with accounting software (Tally / ERP systems preferred). Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills. Exposure to African market operations will be an added advantage.
