About the Role We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Operations Manager to lead and drive our fashion retail operations across Riyadh. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in multi-store management, retail expansion, sales optimization, and team development, with a passion for delivering premium customer experiences and operational excellence. ???? Key Responsibilities: Oversee end-to-end operations of multiple fashion retail outlets. Lead sales strategy, P&L management, and performance optimization. Drive store expansion, visual merchandising, and operational efficiency. Mentor and develop Area and Store Managers to meet business goals. Ensure brand consistency, customer satisfaction, and adherence to SOPs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on marketing, logistics, and HR initiatives. ? Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Retail, or a related field. 10–15 years of experience in fashion retail operations, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. Proven success managing large retail networks or fashion brands. Strong business acumen, analytical ability, and leadership skills. Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
