Job Description : COMMERCIAL HEAD UAE An exciting opportunity and also the need of the hour. We are looking to engage with professionals in the procurement arena with experience in Agro commodities. Your ideal career graph should have not only covered procurement roles in the large operating business but should have had a stint of at least 3-4 years in working on building capability and productivity agenda in the procurement arena. At least 5+ years should have been spent on agro commodities. You must have above average IT skills and a passion for technology. Developed/garnered and implemented Best Practices in the procurement arena. Ability to carry people and influence mindsets is essential. Should have worked in an organization which went through a transformation from the traditional to the virtual. Ability to set the strategic sourcing plan across a wide geography, implement the plan and have hands-on experience in procurement IT tools. Ensure consistent implementation and governance of core strategic sourcing by all procurement teams across the MEA region. Experience in establishing a commercial department (end to end) and exposure to sales and marketing would be a major plus. Experience in the Middle East markets is important. Candidates, please note that experience in Agro commodities is essential.
